To ensure a seamless, luxury experience for every client, please review our policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. • No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Consistent no-shows may result in the client being unable to book future appointments. • Emergencies are understood—please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises, and we will work with you. Late Arrivals • Arriving on time allows you to enjoy your full appointment. •To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, a 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window may be rescheduled and are subject to a $20 late fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are applied toward your service total and confirm your reserved time. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Flawed & Lovely has a 100% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Flawed & Lovely at (682) 238-0049 as soon as possible to reschedule.
